All vines are Hot Water Treated at 55C for 5 minutes (unless otherwise specified) prior to dispatch.

Vines can be packed and taken in wooden boxes for a cost of $25 per box (plus GST). Each box contains approx. 1500-2000 vines.

1. Glenavon Nurseries guarantee vines are healthy at the time of delivery, however we will not accept any responsibility for survival rate, fruitfulness or any other matter relating to the performance of the vines.
2. Terms of payment are cash on delivery unless the purchaser has made prior arrangements with Glenavon Nurseries. Glenavon Nurseries retain the right to obtain a deposit from customers from time to time.
3. Any vines that are not true to type will be replaced free of charge within a 12 month period from delivery. We are not to be responsible for any economic loss rising from the wrong variety or clone being supplied.
4. We cannot guarantee that material supplied is free of viral, bacterial, phytoplasma or fungal infection.
5. Although we endeavour to supply all vines ordered, due to climatic or other conditions beyond our control, this may not always be possible.
6. Glenavon Nurseries retains ownership of all propagating material until full payment is received (in the case of cheques, payment shall be at the time the cheque is cleared) and shall be entitled to enter the customers property for the purpose of removing such vines and carting them away.
7. Customers are required to collect their vines before the 1st of December in the year they are supplied.
8. All packaging, freight and Plant Health Certificate costs will be met by the Purchaser.
9. Glenavon Nurseries accepts no responsibilities for the condition of the vines delayed in transit or subject to mistreatment once they have left our premises.
10. All vines are to be paid for within 14 days & customers will be liable to pay additional debt collection charges if required.
